Black Bear Diners in McAllen, TX is hiring servers to provide friendly, prompt, individualized service that makes guests feel welcome and eager to return. You will take orders, enter them into the POS, deliver meals promptly, and maintain clean service areas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present menus in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
• Pre-bus tables and maintain clean service areas.
• Observe guests and respond to requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist fellow servers as needed to ensure smooth operation.
