Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers and manage multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel shopping as needed.
• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and processing shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program, including credit.
• Minimize store loss by delivering excellent service and keeping store safe and clean.
