Job summary

Enmarket is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to operate the station during shifts, assist customers, and uphold store standards. You will engage customers, handle transactions, and contribute to a welcoming environment across our Georgia locations.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with basic English, able to multitask, and ready to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English at an eighth‑grade level.
• Perform arithmetic to make change and balance shift reports.
• Validate identification for tobacco/alcohol as required by regulations.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and carry cases of milk and beverages.
• Remain calm and follow policy in emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments (coolers, outdoors).
• Complete new employee safety orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best customer experience to every customer.
• Greet customers with a smile and sincere greeting.
• Suggest purchases and promote specials to customers.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift per guidelines.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the store and station area.
