Job summary

Enmarket is seeking energetic Food Service Team Members to operate the Food Service Station during shifts, delivering friendly, best-in-class service and ensuring sanitized, fresh offerings. You will help maintain stock, assist customers, and support safety standards in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• General safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures.
• Allergen & Food Safety Awareness.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Ability to work alone or as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing all fresh made to order food items.
• Maintaining all self-service food offerings including but not limited to Coffee, Fresh case items, dispensers, fountain machines, and condiment center.
• Load product into fresh case as needed.
• Operating the cash register.
• Provide best in class customer service.
• Maintain high levels of sanitation.
• Assist in monitoring of inventory levels for freshness and availability.
• Stocking: back stocking, filling condiments, filling, supplies, and rotating product by received date.
• Customer Service: Greet every customer with a smile and sincere greeting; promote specials.
• Assume full responsibility for the customer service program at the site level.
• Safety & Station Appearance: Minimize safety risks; ensure store area safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain safety and security of the store and document any accidents or incidents.
• Operate all assigned equipment safely and support safety program implementation.
• Promptly report workplace accidents, injuries, incidents, or illnesses.
• The use of gloves, hat/visor, and apron are required.
