Qualifications

• Must read, understand and write English at an eighth-grade level.
• Ability to perform arithmetic for making change and shift reports.
• Ability to validate IDs for tobacco/alcohol as required by regulations.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best customer experience and greet customers with a smile.
• Suggest purchases and promote store specials.
• Execute the customer service program at the site level.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Prepare a shift report and communicate with management on operations.
• Respond calmly to emergencies and adhere to policies.
