Qualifications

• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to warmly welcome our guests.
• Standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).

Responsibilities

• Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival.
• Record guest names and party size when immediate seating is limited.
• Provide guests with estimated waiting times and call out party names when tables are ready.
• Seat guests based on preferences and balance guest flow.
• Relay messages to servers and bussers; maintain a clean hostess station.
• Ensure front entrance is clear of trash and bathrooms are checked regularly.
