Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service in the Frozen Foods department.
• Rotates and replenishes merchandise and ensures cleanliness and safety; checks case temperatures.
• Assists customers by escorting to products, loading/unloading items, and noting customer requests.
• Answers phones and takes customer orders; works with team to ensure satisfaction.
• Unloads trucks, checks in products, stocks shelves; maintains organized storage and proper temperatures.
• Adheres to store guidelines and reports to work on schedule; supports other areas as needed.
