Sprouts Farmers Market, LLC is seeking a friendly Cashier to be the face of the store, processing purchases quickly and accurately while delivering exceptional service. You will handle cash, credit, and returns with care, assist customers, and help with stocking and front-end duties in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma, and 1–2 years of cashiering experience, along with flexibility for nights and weekends.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of cashiering experience preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly behavior and positive attitude with customers.
• Ability to operate front end equipment (register, calculator, scanner).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong math, cash handling, and counting accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and with friendliness.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and make change.
• Provide information and resolve customer questions or complaints.
• Follow front end procedures; assist with stocking and shelf facing as needed.
• Maintain clean checkout areas and communicate with front end leadership.
• Guide customers to product locations and stay informed about store events.
