Job summary

You will handle cash and payments and assist customers with locating items and information throughout a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate front end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately and with complete satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and change.
• Assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints.
• Maintain checkout areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Support stocking and front end operations as needed.
