Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a friendly Cashier to be the face of the store, processing transactions quickly and accurately while delivering excellent customer care. The role involves assisting customers, handling cash and card payments, and providing product location guidance in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position requires 18+ years old with a high school diploma, 1-2 years cashiering experience, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of cashiering experience.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction skills.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, and scanner.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong math and cash-handling abilities with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Process each customer’s order quickly, accurately, and efficiently while ensuring complete customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service.
• Accurately handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change.
• Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
• Stock shelves, face and dust as needed; maintain clean checkout areas.
• Communicate effectively with front end manager and Head Cashier; perform other related duties.
