Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a friendly Cashier to be the face of the store, processing orders quickly and accurately while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle cash and payments, assist with locating products, and support stocking and front-end upkeep in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or equivalent, strong math skills, and a team-oriented, flexible mindset capable of working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing and friendly behavior with strong customer interaction skills.
• Ability to operate front end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong numerical proficiency and cash handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently while ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and provide correct change.
• Assist with stocking shelves, facing, and dusting as needed.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and communicate with front end leadership.
