Job summary

Palm Coast Fitness, LLC is seeking an energetic front desk and member services associate at our Palm Coast location. You will welcome members, guide them through the facility, and assist with tours and sign-ups.

The role includes coaching on equipment use, supporting the PE@PF program, and maintaining a clean, friendly club environment. Requirements include 18+ years, a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, and a passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• A passion for fitness and health with an upbeat attitude.
• Punctuality, reliability and exceptional customer service.
• Strong listening, diplomacy and problem-solving skills.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Personal Training Certification (IFA/ACE/NCSF) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize members with the facility and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and schedules.
• Consult with members on fitness goals and provide motivation and support.
• Instruct and acclimate members on equipment use safely.
• Create bi-weekly exercise updates and align with club needs.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Assist at front desk: answer calls, sign-ups, tours, and member check-ins.
• Maintain cleanliness and daily equipment maintenance.
• Address member questions promptly and escalate when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
