Planet Fitness is seeking a Fitness Trainer to lead the PE@PF program and help members reach their fitness goals. You will design simple workouts, instruct safe equipment use, and act as a brand ambassador.

You will recruit members for classes, log class data, and assist with front desk tasks and member tours. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, and a nationally accredited certification such as ACE, NASM, ISSA, or NCSF.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED equivalent required.
• CPR certification required.
• Nationally credited training certification required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Overtime, weekends, evenings and holidays may be required.
• Be a PFMW brand representative upholding PF core values.

Responsabilités

• Run the Planet Fitness PE@PF group fitness program and guide members.
• Assist new members in achieving fitness goals by creating simple workout plans.
• Recruit members for classes and log sessions.
• Lead tours and front desk activities, including sign-ups and check-ins.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment safety during shifts.
• Respond to member questions promptly and escalate to management as needed.
