Qualifications

• Experience in food service or counter service preferred.
• Strong communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders at the counter.
• Accurately process orders using a POS system and handle cash and card transactions.
• Prepare and assemble menu items quickly and to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked counter and service area.
• Answer customer questions about the menu, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Restock supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code guidelines.
