Fork & Knife LLC in Flemington, NJ is seeking a hardworking Dishwasher/Buss Person to join our fast-paced team. You’ll wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, clear tables, and support servers during busy periods while maintaining a clean dishwashing station and back-of-house areas.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and strong team players who can stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment under pressure.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain dining room flow
• Assist servers and kitchen staff during high-volume service periods
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station, kitchen floors, and back-of-house areas
• Restock supplies such as clean dishes, glassware, and silverware throughout the shift
• Remove trash and maintain proper waste disposal procedures
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
