Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
• Assist line cooks and kitchen staff during meal service and high-volume periods.
• Properly store and label food items following food safety guidelines.
• Monitor and rotate stock to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
