Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) in Burlingame, CA. You will be the first and last interaction for customers, greet them, process purchases, handle returns, and provide outstanding service to create an exceptional in-store experience.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. Weekend availability and potential travel to other stores may be required to assist with coverage and support across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsabilités

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate and uphold the company’s safety processes.
• Act in line with Floor & Decor’s core values.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Open and close registers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Answer the telephone according to company guidelines.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
