Job summary

Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Customer Service Teller for our Community Bank, N.A. branch network in Upstate New York, Northeastern Pennsylvania, Vermont and Western Massachusetts.

You will handle routine transactions, verify identities, and promote digital banking tools in a fast-paced retail banking environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, and the ability to travel to training locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete internal teller and product training.
• Must be able to travel to training locations as needed; company covers travel costs.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with verification of customer identity and funds.
• Provide friendly, accurate service and educate customers on digital banking tools.
• Refer customers to branch partners for additional services as appropriate.
• Support branch operations and guide customers to the right team member.
