Job summary

Carter's is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, guide them through our baby essentials, and assist with school prep and everyday moments. A welcoming environment and growth opportunities await in this role.

You will engage with customers, resolve issues, support omnichannel shopping, and promote our loyalty program while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve issues proactively and balance multiple customers on the sales floor.
• Support omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process transactions at the point of sale/register.
• Assist with floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Help minimize store loss through attentive service and store upkeep.
