Job summary

Synergy Flavors, Inc. in Chicago is seeking an FRH operator to manufacture powder products in a production facility. You will mix raw materials in a reactor, transfer to trays, dry in ovens, grind, and package powder following standard formulations and guidelines.

You must sample batches and hand them to the laboratory for testing, while adhering to food safety standards and precise documentation. You will inspect equipment, follow reaction and drying instructions, transfer materials, set up

Responsibilities

• Inspects line equipment and driving equipment to ensure proper working conditions
• Follow reaction and oven drying instructions to ensure we produce product that meets specification.
• Transfer materials, set up equipment, utilize piping and parts efficiently
• Strictly follow detailed instructions to monitor equipment, control temperatures and consistency of the reactions.
• Work in a fast-paced environment able to multi-task and perform under pressure while remaining flexible.
• Sample and test for various attributes from the mixes after completion.
• Follow sanitary guidelines for CIP and cleaning.
• Filling out necessary paperwork and batch sheets that accompany mixes compounded.
• Consistently perform assigned duties in a safe manner and in accordance with the company’s safety policies.
• Consistently perform and complete assigned duties without errors or other defects
