You will operate and monitor reaction equipment to ensure precise chemical reactions and high-quality flavor compounds. Responsibilities include following SOPs, monitoring process parameters, performing quality checks, troubleshooting equipment, maintaining production records, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education or certification in chemical processing preferred.
• Proven experience in chemical manufacturing or production environments; experience with reaction equipment is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Good communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate reaction equipment according to SOPs to initiate and control chemical reactions.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and flow rates to ensure specifications and safety.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor maintenance as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation to meet regulatory and internal quality standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials.
