Job summary

• Organize program levels, schedules, facilities use and equipment inventories.
• Verify participant registration and eligibility; coordinate with athletic secretary on compliance.
• Maintain safety, discipline, and communication with athletes, parents, staff, and administration.
• Assist with fundraising activities and maintain accurate financial records per policy.
