Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays and keeps cases clean and stocked.
• Maintains department signage and pricing.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Maintains a safe, clean and organized work area.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps sample areas full.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers.
• Preps and handles fish, labels, and dates cooked fish.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper stocking and merchandising.
• Follows health and safety procedures.
• Maintains equipment per safety standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures signs and pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards promptly.
