Job summary

Athena Farms is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead a fast-paced, clean, and well-organized operation in Atlanta's foodservice environment.

The role oversees receiving, inventory accuracy, driver check-ins, and team leadership, ensuring strict food safety standards and efficient daily performance. 3+ years in warehouse leadership and GMP/FSMS knowledge are preferred. Monday–Friday, early start times, with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or foodservice logistics.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and maintain accountability.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, organization, and safety.
• Experience with food safety programs (GMP, FSMS, PrimusGFS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and support warehouse staff to ensure full shift coverage and productive operations.
• Oversee receiving, driver check-ins, dock assignments, paperwork verification, and inbound inspections.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, FIFO, stock rotation, and variance investigations.
• Ensure adherence to HACCP, GMP, FSMS, and PrimusGFS food safety standards.
