• Maintain overall inventory accuracy through cycle counts, FIFO enforcement, stock rotation, and variance investigations.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, including HACCP, GMP, FSMS, and PrimusGFS requirements.
• Monitor cooler and freezer temperatures, sanitation routines, and warehouse cleanliness.
• Conduct daily team meetings, communicate priorities, and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Train warehouse personnel on safety, equipment use, food handling, and company procedures.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation for receiving, food waste, quality checks, and safety meetings.
• Collaborate with transportation, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
