Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Produce Clerk to stock, present, and merchandise the Produce department, ensuring freshness and accurate pricing. You will assist customers and maintain organized, attractive displays in a fast-paced store environment.

Ideal candidates are dependable, communicate well, and can multitask while standing and walking throughout shifts, including uneven hours. Safety and teamwork are emphasized in our community-focused store culture.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable with the ability to work a flexible schedule—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, and stay organized.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for portions of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise the Produce department per department schematics.
• Present, face, fill, and organize product items with correct tags and pricing.
• Ensure inventory rotation and freshness of produce.
• Answer customer questions in a friendly, helpful manner.
