Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a Team Member to support the Produce team by receiving and preparing products, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays to meet WFM standards.

The role emphasizes courteous, friendly customer service and safe store practices within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, inventory checks, and assisting with daily store operations. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Keeps cases and shelves clean and well stocked and front-facing.
• Organizes and displays volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintains clean and safe working/shopping environment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
