Qualifications

• Purchasing or related experience required.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Select vendors based on ability to provide continuous supply, service level, product quality, and market reputation.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve invoicing, product, or delivery issues to ensure quality service.
• Select products based on market fit, performance, and alternate sources of supply.
• Negotiate prices and quantities ordered based on customer orders, EOQ, and inventory considerations.
• Negotiate long-term contracts to ensure ongoing supply.
• Support distribution centers with timely product delivery in emergencies.
• Provide product and pricing information to sales and advise on pricing structures.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
