Qualifications

• Experience cutting meat or similar work in a meat production environment.
• Must be able to work varied shifts in a 24/7 operation including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform friendly, courteous interactions and maintain composure with customers and co-workers.
• Demonstrate ability to read production guides and product labels; follow safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes, engages, serves and thanks customers.
• Cuts, grinds and wraps meat to meet quality and freshness standards.
• Maintains proper temperatures during meat preparation, display and storage.
• Ensures merchandising, labeling and inventory levels are accurate.
