Responsibilities

• Perform tasks such as cutting, grinding, slicing, preparing, processing, trimming, tenderizing, sealing, packaging, wrapping, dating, labeling, scaling, merchandising, selling, serving customers, and other functions per company policies.
• Keep department temperature logs updated and maintained.
• Stock and display meat items safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Check product quality; ensure proper rotation and freshness.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, coolers clean and organized.
• Keep carts, tools, and supplies in designated areas and organized.
• Wash and sanitize equipment following company and health department policies.
• Provide friendly customer and associate relations and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
