Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is hiring in Weymouth, MA for a Meat Department Associate who will receive, rotate, wrap, and merchandise fresh and processed meats. You’ll assist Members, answer questions, and help keep the meat department clean and stocked. This role emphasizes fast, friendly service, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards in a busy retail environment.

Weekly pay and benefits are included, with opportunities to grow within the club. Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience with fresh and processed meats preferred.
• Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand and move in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receives, weighs, wraps, and labels meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Inspects deliveries and rotates products by expiration date.
• Maintains clean, sanitized meat department and displays.
• Assists Members by answering questions and recommending products.
• Works as part of a team to meet daily goals.
