Job summary

• Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members by answering questions regarding meats, poultry, and seafood.
• Weigh, package, and wrap cuts of meat and seafood.
• Inspect and store meat upon delivery.
• Ensure the meat and seafood cases are fully stocked.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and areas in the meat department.

Skills

Experience with fresh and processed meats

Knowledge of wrapping machines

Prior experience in meat/deli department
