Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
• Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cutting, traying, wrapping, and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Creates an environment that makes customers feel welcome and appreciated to increase confidence and loyalty.
• Prepares and packages meat, seafood, random weight, lunchmeat, frozen food and salted meats to production standards.
• Operates department equipment and tools.
• Ensures customer requests and special orders are fulfilled.
• Promotes trust and teamwork among associates; communicates company, department and job information.
• Adheres to all laws and company guidelines.
• Stocks and rotates department products to maintain freshness and control costs.
• Receives and breaks down meat deliveries; maintains clean, safe workspace.
• Maintains proper temperatures and documents temperate logs per policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
