Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.

• Knowledge of cutting, traying, wrapping, and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package meat, seafood, random weight, lunchmeat, frozen food and salted meats to production standards.
• Operates department equipment and tools; fulfills customer requests and special orders.
• Promotes trust and teamwork; adheres to safety, sanitation, and compliance policies.
• Ensures compliance with USDA/COOL/DOA requirements and documents safety/quality records.
