Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package meat, seafood, lunchmeat, frozen food and salted meats to production standards.
• Operate department equipment and tools.
• Fulfill customer requests and special orders.
• Stock and rotates department products to ensure freshness and date control; manage waste and inventory.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and adhere to safety procedures and policies.
