Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Market Associate in New Milford, CT to deliver exceptional guest service, support food preparation and merchandising, and assist with daily store operations. You will ensure food safety, sanitation, and a welcoming store environment for customers.

The role requires flexibility and the ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma required.
• Strong knowledge of general safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Ability to validate customer identification for age-restricted product sales per state law.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class Guest service at every interaction.
• Prepare/maintain fresh Grab and Go items per guidelines and assist in food service preparation.
• Operate POS systems accurately and assist in inventory management and store operations.
• Maintain safe, clean, and inviting store environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
