Job summary

CP Fresh, a Charlie’s Produce Company, is hiring a Fruit Line Processor to join our on-site production team in Seattle. The role involves preparing, processing, and packaging fresh-cut fruit in a cold production environment, with a 4:00am–12:30pm shift and weekend availability required.

You will cut, wash, weigh, and package fruit, follow recipes, and operate high-speed processing equipment safely. We seek detail-oriented, reliable team players who can work standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Experience with manual knife work or food processing equipment.
• Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cut, slice, dice, peel, and bag fruit products using knives or mechanical equipment.
• Wash, weigh, and package fruit according to recipe and portion guidelines.
• Follow standard recipes and production specifications to ensure consistency and quality.
• Operate high speed mechanical processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, following GMPs and food safety.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals in a refrigerated environment.

Job Description

A Fruit Line Processor is an on-site position and requires regular attendance at the facility. It is responsible for preparing, processing, and packaging fresh cut fruit products according to company specifications and food safety standards. Work is performed in a cold production environment as part of a team that creates finished fruit items for distribution.

Schedule: 4:00am – 12:30pm Weekend availability is required.

Duties Include but are not limited to:
