CP Fresh, a Charlie's Produce Company, seeks a Fruit Line Processor to join our on-site cold production team. You will prepare, process, and package fresh cut fruit according to strict recipes and GMPs, ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced setting.

The schedule runs 4:00am–12:30pm with weekend availability required. This safety-sensitive role demands reliable attendance and ability to work in a refrigerated environment as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience with manual knife work or food processing equipment.

Job Description

A Fruit Line Processor is an on-site position and requires regular attendance at the facility. It is responsible for preparing, processing, and packaging fresh cut fruit products according to company specifications and food safety standards. Work is performed in a cold production environment as part of a team that creates finished fruit items for distribution.

Schedule: 4:00am – 12:30pm Weekend availability is required.

Duties Include but are not limited to:
