Job summary

F&S Fresh Foods seeks a Production Associate to prepare fresh foods for retail. You will handle routine preparation, slicing, dicing, assembly line and packing tasks while keeping areas neat and safe.

Role supports factory efficiency with setup, startup, labeling, staging raw materials, and shipping preparation in a chilled environment. Requires HS diploma; stand long hours; basic computer skills; teamwork; safety and GMP compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods in a chilled environment.
• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel) preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) helpful.
• Knowledge of safe work practices in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh foods for retail sale.
• Perform routine preparation, slicing, dicing, production, assembly line and packing tasks.
• Assist with setup, startup, production, loading, labeling, stacking, sorting, and shipping preparation.
• Maintain clean, organized production areas and comply with GMP and safety standards.
