Responsibilities

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures proper labeling, dating, initialing, covering, and rotation of prepared foods.
• Verifies products meet WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Documents waste and spoilage.
• Uses correct measuring devices and follows recipes.
• Helps customers understand differences between WFM and conventional store products.
• Keeps walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; participates in trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling; answers phones promptly.
