Qualifications

• Thorough product knowledge and ability to label, rotate, and store products properly.

• Ability to follow recipes, safety, and sanitation procedures consistently.
• Comfort with physical tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production and prep in all prepared foods venues.
• Ensure proper labeling, dating, covering, and rotation of products.
• Maintain cleanliness of walk-ins and freezers and follow safety guidelines.
• Provide courteous service, answer phones promptly, and support merchandising.
• Execute opening/mid/closing duties and report safety hazards.
