Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensure all prepared foods are properly labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated.
• Ensure product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Document waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Ensure production uses correct measuring devices and follows recipes.
• Help customers understand differences between WFM and conventional products.
• Keep walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work; attend shifts and trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service and apply suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow procedures including health, sanitation, and safety.
• Maintain clean and sanitary environment; equipment maintained per standards.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure signs/pricing accuracy.
• Report safety hazards and violations immediately.
