Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Team Member to support Prepared Foods operations, assist with production, labeling, rotation, and customer service on the floor. You will help maintain clean, well-organized displays and follow all health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Thorough product knowledge.
• Able to estimate number of recipes per shift based on batch size.
• Able to access information about market conditions and relay to customers.
• Understand spoilage and waste and its impact on department profits.
• Know merchandising expectations within the department.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production for Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensure proper labeling, dating, coverage, and rotation of products.
• Ensure products meet WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Document waste and spoilage using forms.
• Follow recipes and use correct measuring devices.
