Sam's Club in Richmond, VA (Primary Location: 9440 W Broad St) is hiring for prepared foods associates who prepare fresh items, wrap and label products, and assist members with bakery orders. You will help keep shelves clean, maintain temperatures, and ensure high-quality ready-to-eat foods for families.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Be a Team Member: maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specs related to prepared foods and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Be an Expert: prepare food according to item specs, plan for future productions and seasonality, ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
• Be a Techie: use digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience, use handheld tech for decisions.
• Be an Owner: drive performance of the area, manage inventory, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: advocate for the department and model high-quality service.
• Complies with company policies and ethics by following procedures and Open Door Policy.
• Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks, coordinating with managers and coworkers, and adapting to changes.
