Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum qualifications include completing required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications for prepared foods; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools and tasks; communicate effectively with team members; be flexible to business needs to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; use handheld technology for production decisions, training, and product quality with the customer in mind; adapt to new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drive area performance; manage high exposure and expectations; stocking and rotating merchandise; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; guide peers and respond to customer needs per policy.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department; model high-quality service; show energy, commitment and passion; uphold customer experience in meat area.
