Qualifications

• 1+ years food management experience.
• 1+ years budgeting and P&L understanding.
• 1+ years supervising and training 5+ staff.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean kitchen and enforce food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through ordering, stocking, inventory control, and prep.
• Supervise tasks, maintain schedules, and complete reports.
• Prepare and package products efficiently to meet service standards.
