Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Fresh Food Coordinator in Kentucky to help oversee fresh kitchen operations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely preparation of items. You will collaborate with the Fresh Food Manager and coach staff to meet customer service standards and maintain cleanliness and safety across shifts.

The role emphasizes food safety, inventory management, and potential cross-training in other departments, with the potential for growth within a dynamic, national company.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
• Assist the Fresh Food Manager with task execution and safety practices.
• Work with and coach the team to prepare and package fresh kitchen items in a timely manner to maximize customer service results.
• Manage food inventory and ordering supplies to ensure stock is fresh and adequate.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage waste reduction efforts.
• Assist in pricing, promotions, and ensure the deli meets profitability goals.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds; work in various temperatures.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
