Job summary

Delaware Valley Floral Group seeks a Receiving Associate to ensure accurate intake of fresh floral products in a temperature-controlled warehouse. You will help maintain product quality, inventory accuracy, and efficient operations in a refrigerated setting.

Responsibilities include receiving, counting, labeling, and entering items; organizing storage; resolving discrepancies with the team; and supporting picking and scanning while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work in a cold storage environment for the duration of the shift.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Positive, reliable, and safety-focused mindset.
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming fresh flower shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Accurately count, label, and enter products into inventory systems.
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations to support efficient workflow.
• Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies in collaboration with team members.
• Support picking and sorting activities to ensure proper product selection and scanning.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving dock and cooler environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
