Job summary

Delaware Valley Floral Group is seeking an organized Receiving Associate to manage the intake of fresh floral products in a refrigerated warehouse. You will count, label, and input items into inventory and keep the dock and cooler safe and efficient.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and adherence to safety standards. Onsite in a temperature-controlled environment, you’ll collaborate with teammates to resolve discrepancies and support order picking and sorting.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work in a cold storage environment for the duration of the shift.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Positive, reliable, and safety-focused mindset.
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming fresh flower shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Accurately count, label, and enter products into inventory systems.
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations to support efficient workflow.
• Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies in collaboration with team members.
• Support picking and sorting activities to ensure proper product selection and scanning.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving dock and cooler environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
