Job summary

Delaware Valley Floral Group (DVFG) is seeking a Part-Time Dock Crew Member to sort and prepare products for delivery across routes in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will support loading, maintain safety, handle products with care, and work with a team to ensure on-time distribution under varying temperatures and around warehouse equipment. High school diploma preferred; experience welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, dock, or logistics experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
• Forklift certification or willingness to be trained preferred.
• Flexibility to work overnight, weekend, and seasonal schedules as needed.

About The Role

The Part-Time Dock Crew Member is responsible for accurately sorting and preparing products for delivery across designated routes. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, product integrity, and timely distribution in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch for extended periods, as well as lift and move items up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Work is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, including a refrigerated area maintained at approximately 36°F, as well as indoor and outdoor conditions. The role may also involve working in or around company vehicles and using standard warehouse tools and equipment.
